Property Disclosures: •We're super close to LAX, so expect the occasional plane wave noise. We've got earplugs ready, or you can just pretend it's your own private aviation show! • We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and side patio which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the side patio which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are absolutely no indoor cameras.
